Raising LeBar Yoga aims to facilitate a deeper mind-body connection, to bring awareness to our bodies and take a break from the thoughts in our heads. This is a space where we can recognize that things can be ‘NOT ok’ and ‘ok’ at the same time. Joy and pain can coexist. At Raising LeBar Yoga we strive to give you the time and the tools to move through your emotions, tenderly hold your pain and nourish your body in ways that feel comfortable to you, the individual.
About Emily:

Emily LeBar completed her 200-hour yoga certification in November of 2020. She additionally has certifications in Yoga for Grief, as well as Kids Yoga. Emily has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and an extensive background working with children.
